We provided strategic direction for a technology provider that did not have a senior marketing professional in situ. We created the strategy for the product, distribution and communication and then implemented the communication activities, growing sales in the process.

We were contacted by a leading organisation, who had just promoted their Marketing Manager to a more senior role. We provided one-to-one mentoring to help enhance her leadership and marketing skills.

We were contacted by a global financial services firm to give some strategic guidance. They had an experienced team in place, but the Marketing Director was focused on other areas. We provided some virtual resource by giving some input into their marketing planning and undertaking a marketing audit that helped save a large chunk of budget to spend in more effective areas.

Marketing Mentor & The Agency

A creative agency wanted to freshen itself up and be more effective in business development. Through a short term mentoring programme, we helped them identify specific needs amongst existing clients – and unlock sales opportunities – and guide them as they enhanced their own branding and new market proposition.

Virtual Marketing Director & The Financial Advisers

We acted as a Virtual Marketing Director for a large national firm of financial advisers, as they had no senior marketing staff in place. We helped them re-engage with their client bank and develop new ways of regular communication which led to a big hike in new business. We also developed a range of internal marketing activities to increase adviser engagement.

The In-House Training

We were contacted by a new Head of Marketing who wanted us to deliver a “kick-off” event that had meaning and would lead to the team being more effective.. We designed a tailor-made piece of in-house training that showed the team how to market itself better. We showed them how to work better as a team and how to enhance their creative thinking.

Another global organisation, who saw us present elsewhere, asked us to run an internal training event. Once we understood their challenges, we delivered training on how to get best use out of marketing metrics.

A small, boutique market research firm contacted us to work alongside them as their Virtual Marketing Director, for a specified number of days a month. Not only did we provide strategic input, we also rolled up our sleeves and designed a new website and generated press coverage, amongst others.
